Send a deletion request
- Email hello@vivatok.com with the subject Rakuga data deletion request.
- Include the installation reference shown below. If none appears, include your nickname, platform, approximate play dates, and a room code if you still know it.
- Tell us whether you want deletion of all identifiable Rakuga data or only a particular item.
What we delete
After we verify enough information to locate the records, we delete or anonymize data reasonably associated with the request. This can include gameplay telemetry, moderation records, stored drawings, support correspondence, and mobile analytics tied to the anonymous installation reference.
What is stored on your device
Your nickname preference, language, XP, streak, notification state, cached maintenance configuration, and anonymous installation reference may be stored locally. Deleting the Rakuga app removes normal app storage from that device. You can also disable scheduled reminders in your device notification settings.
Timing and limited retention
We normally complete a verified request within 30 days. We may retain limited information when required by law, needed to prevent abuse, or present temporarily in routine backups. Data that cannot reasonably be linked to the information you provide may remain anonymous.
