Acceptable Use
You agree to use Rakuga in a respectful and lawful way. You may not use the game to harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, or target other players. You may not submit drawings, guesses, nicknames, or messages that are hateful, sexually explicit, abusive, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful.
You also agree not to interfere with the service, attempt to break rooms, automate abusive traffic, exploit bugs, bypass limits, disrupt scoring, or use cheats that harm normal gameplay. Drawing the secret word as text, using private codes to bypass guessing, or coordinating answers outside the room may be considered cheating by many groups and can reduce the quality of play.
User Content
Rakuga may allow you to create or share nicknames, drawings, guesses, room activity, and other gameplay content. You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not share private, confidential, or sensitive information in rooms. Private room links are intended for invited players, but anyone with the link may be able to join.
You keep any rights you have in original content you create. By using Rakuga, you grant us a limited permission to host, display, transmit, store, moderate, and process that content as needed to operate the game, provide support, maintain safety, and improve the service.
Rakuga Ownership
The Rakuga website, interface, design, software, logos, text, and other service materials are owned by Rakuga or its licensors, except for content submitted by users and third-party materials. You may not copy, modify, sell, or redistribute the service materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Availability and Changes
Rakuga may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the site or game at any time. We may update words, rooms, scoring, moderation tools, design, advertising, analytics, or other features.
